"I have been a customer for about 20 years for my home, auto, rv, boat, motorcycle, and business. Insurance is the biggest expense I have, although a necessary one. Recently I have been thinking about getting other quotes. Before I could do so I had a tree fall on my home. I was advised the best way to take care of the damage and emailed receipts for several thousand dollars the following week. The NEXT DAY Debbie called me to pick up the check! Paid in full, right out of her account. Unbelievable customer service, right? Well I lost the check. I called her this morning to ask her to stop the check. Later the same day I had a new check in hand. I asked to pay the stop payment fee, but she wouldn't take it. I decided I don't need to shop for insurance. I don't know if I could have saved a few bucks, but I do know that the service Debbie gave me is the reason I have insurance in the first place. Thank you Debbie!"

"I hate to do this but I really hate the fact that I am out of $700 for a service I did not agree to. Was not told upfront or right away that the service would convert. I remember something totally different. Had the representative told me if I don’t cancel then my premium would go up instead of trying to sell me another plan and I swear on GOD, my mother and everything that I was told after my 10 years of paying it would cancel itself. The representative said that when he called me so I didn’t feel I needed to answer him. But whatever I’m out $700 and you get 1 star. Guess that makes us even 😐"
